Nutrition Coaching is an ongoing service for a minimum period of 12 weeks.
This is for you if you need the highest level of accountability and support!
How it works
We'll start with an Initial Consultation by getting to know the ins and outs of your dietary history, lifestyle factors and physical activity habits. We'll talk about your goals and concerns and what you'd like to achieve over the next 12 weeks.
Next, we will work through various strategies and tools to find the best solution for your unique problem. It may be a flexible meal plan, building healthy habits, conquering emotional eating, or learning how to fuel your body for exercise. The list is endless and is dependent on you and your goals
Each week I'll check in with you via email or text to assess your progress and help you with any issues that have arisen during the week.
Every fortnight we'll catch up via a mini-consultation and continue adjusting and working on your plan.
You will walk away from each session feeling prepared and supported to reach your goals, with a bunch of fun recipes and resources too!
$30 per week for a minimum period of 12 weeks.
