Chocolate Popcorn Slice

If you’re a chocolate addict like me, you will love these decadent chocolate and popcorn bars. The popcorn gives a delicious crunchy texture, balancing out the richness of the dark chocolate.
The recipe is achievable for even the most beginner of cooks, 1 bowl, 1 tin, no oven required! Enjoy xx
Makes 12 bars
GF, DF, Vegan, low fodmap
Ingredients:
4 cups popped unsalted popcorn
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup cacao powder
100g dark chocolate, melted (Lindt above 70% is DF)
Method:
1. Line a slice tin with baking paper
2. Combine oil, rice malt syrup, and melted dark chocolate in a bowl
3. Add the tahini and cacao powder, mix well
4. Mix in the popped popcorn
5. Press into the slice tin, quite firmly and freeze
*Best kept in the freezer!
