Food provides the building blocks and the machinery that you need to adapt to your training sessions. However, understanding how to adjust your food intake to see the full benefits of your sessions can be confusing.

I specialise in helping you get the most out of your training sessions by efficiently fueling your body and maximising recovery.

Whether you're struggling to alter your body composition and build strength or need to prepare for an upcoming event/season, I can help!

Initial Consultation

First up, we'll talk about your goals and sport. Are you wanting to build muscle and lose fat? Are you preparing for an event or new season? Do you want to optimise your performance and recovery? What are you trying to achieve?



After discussing your initial goals and concerns, I will ask you a diverse range of questions relating to your health history, dietary patterns, lifestyle choices, physical activity levels and training schedule. This is so that I can get to you know you and all the many facets of your training and life, which not surprisingly, are all intertwined!

Next, we will work through various strategies and tools to find the best solution for your unique problem and training regime. Together we will develop an individualised plan that will help you get the most out of your training sessions by efficiently fueling your body, maximising recovery and ultimately reaching your goals

You will walk away from this session knowing exactly what you need to do, feeling prepared and excited to reach your goals. (you'll probably have a bunch of fun recipes and resources too!)
